We work hard to ensure your custom promotional products are produced accurately and delivered on time. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy before placing your order.

For most orders Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3–10 Business Days (1–5 days handling + 2–5 days transit).


1. Production Time

Because many of our items are custom-made, production time varies by product and order size.

Typical production timelines:

  • Order Processing/Handling Time: 1-5 business days (Mon-Fri).
  • Bulk / Large Corporate Orders: May require additional time
  • Rush production: Available on select products (fees may apply)
  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (PST).

Production begins after artwork approval and payment are received.


2. Shipping Methods

We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Available options at checkout:

  • Standard Ground Shipping
  • Express Shipping

Shipping speed does not include production time.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on:

  • Production time
  • Shipping method selected
  • Destination address
  • Carrier transit times

Most orders within the U.S. arrive within:

  • Standard Ground: 2–5 business days
  • Fedex 2 Days Express: 2 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.


5. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Peak holiday seasons

We will assist in resolving delays when possible, but refunds are not issued for shipping delays outside our control.


6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Missing information
  • Customer refusal

You may be responsible for reshipping fees.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Keep all packaging materials
  • Contact us within 7 days with photos

If your package is lost in transit:

  • We will file a claim with the carrier
  • A replacement or refund may be issued once the claim is processed

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date.


8. International Shipping

We do not accept international shipping.


9. Split Shipments

For large or mixed orders, items may ship separately to speed up delivery.
