1. Order Process

a. Placing an Order

Orders can be placed directly through our website. For custom products, customers must upload artwork, select variations, and approve final details before checkout.

b. Artwork Submission

You are responsible for providing high-quality artwork, logos, or designs.
Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, PDF
Minimum resolution: 300 DPI

If artwork does not meet quality standards, we may request a new file to avoid poor print results.

c. Online Design Tool

For many products, we provide an online design tool that lets you create or customize your layout directly on our website. You can add text, upload logos, adjust colors, and preview your design in real time.
Once your design is submitted at checkout, production will begin based on the exact design you created.
Please review your layout carefully—we will print exactly what you submit.


2. Design Approval Requirements

Most personalized products require design approval before production.
By approving the final preview or mockup, customers confirm:

  • Spelling is correct
  • Colors and layout are as expected
  • Logo or artwork placement is correct

We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer.


3. Production Time

Production times vary by product type:

  • Custom Keychains, Name Tags, ID Badges: 1–5 business days
  • Custom Golf Balls & Promotional Items: 2–5 business days
  • Bulk or Large Orders: May require additional time

Production begins after artwork approval and payment are received.


4. Payment Policy

We accept all major credit cards and online payment methods.
Full payment is required upfront before production starts.

For large corporate or wholesale orders, invoicing options may be available upon request.


5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations must be requested before production begins.
Once printing or customization starts, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or altered.

Changes may include:

  • Artwork adjustments
  • Quantity updates
  • Color or material changes

We cannot guarantee changes once the order is in progress.


6. Minimum Order Requirements

Certain promotional products have minimum order quantities due to setup and printing requirements. These will be displayed on each product page.

Custom one-off items (keychains, name tags, ID badges) may not require minimums.
